Before booking a reservation, you will receive the full set of rules described below, which are clearly stated and appropriately included into these terms.
A rule violation may also result in the cancellation of your confirmed bookings and the denial of access to the relevant travel services.
2. During the use of our services

- You will explain the terms and conditions that apply to their booking, including the Rules and Restrictions, and ensure that they are accepted and followed.
- You are responsible for any unpaid balances, requests for cancellations or modifications, and any reservation-related issues.
- You need their permission before you may act on their behalf.
Likewise you agree not to:
- Place a fraudulent or fictitious reservation.
- Engage in any activity that might place an unreasonable or excessive burden on our infrastructure.

3. Conditions Particular to Travel Services
In this section, the terminologies used in relation to the specific travel services offered are described. You will get the pertinent Rules and Restrictions prior to making a reservation; this information is not a replacement for or a complete set of them.
All travel services, whether offered individually or in packages, are subject to the current rules and restrictions. If there is a section overlap, the applicable Standards and Regulations will apply.
Flights
Before making a reservation, the flight's rules and regulations are given. You can only be guaranteed of the price and availability of a certain flight once you have paid for the Flight Booking Service and received your tickets.
Flight terms and conditions
You understand and agree that:
- Special seating, food, and checked bags are among the extra fees that certain airlines impose. Airlines have the right to change any information about these extra optional services and related costs at any time, unless we offer them for reservation through our service. We offer you the option to reserve these things online, and when you make your selection, the price of those additional items will be displayed to you and added to your final cost.
- In the end, airlines set their own timetables and can modify or postpone your flight for a variety of reasons, including bad weather or technical difficulties. If an airline cancels or changes your itinerary, we will let you know and help you consider your options. It is usually advisable to verify the flight's intended departure time before leaving.
- The relevant laws and rules pertaining to the transportation of children must be followed. On the return trip date, children older than two must have a return trip at the kid fare for both the outgoing and entering flights. You will not be eligible for a reimbursement for any seating fees you paid during your trip if you do not comply. Youngsters under the age of 2 will not be given a seat unless they have a kid's fare allocated for them. Kids below the age of 14 are only allowed to travel alone if they comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- The route, airline, aircraft type, flight schedule, and any possible stops are only given as guidelines for specialized or charter flights. The relevant Terms & Conditions should be read before booking a reservation because they might alter even after confirmation.
- When traveling by air, it is usually forbidden to bring dangerous items in your luggage.
- Airlines control seating, therefore we cannot guarantee a seat will be available even if it is reserved in advance.
- Buying a round-trip ticket and not using the outbound trip could result in the airline canceling your return flight without giving you a refund.
Low-cost flights
For certain flights, the shown price may have been converted into another currency. For your convenience, an approximation of the cost in your home currency is given. The actual cost imposed by the airline may vary due to the various rates of conversion used by banks and card issuers; nevertheless, you will be informed of the proposed cost before completing the reservation.
You can only cancel or change some low-cost airline flights by contacting the airline directly. We may not be informed of any changes to your flight schedule made by your airline or if you change or cancel your reservation with them directly. Furthermore, the schedule we provide you through our service may not take these changes into account. If the airline sends you any further emails about itinerary modifications, we advise you to print them off.
Operating airlines
Flights scheduled by one airline are occasionally operated by another. When the operational airline's details differ, our service shows them. Your account's payment method will display the amount that the airline that issued your ticket will charge you for your flight.
Combined one-way tickets
We could offer you the choice to buy two one-way tickets instead of a round-trip ticket. With coupled one-way flight tickets, a greater range of flights might be offered. They can often be combined on an identical airline or on different carriers and are often less expensive.
The restrictions and regulations that apply to one-way tickets are different from those that apply to round-trip tickets. If an airline update, such as a cancellation or rescheduling, impacts one of these flights, you may need to modify the other flight. In these cases, you will be responsible for any expenses or fees related to modifying the unaffected flight. In order for you to make an informed decision, we will notify you if you are buying one-way tickets instead of round-trip tickets.
Ratings
You can get a sense of what to anticipate from properties that show that rating level based on the ratings our service displays, including, where applicable, those from regional or national evaluation agencies. These may not be in line with the standards in your country. There is no assurance or representation of any particular feature or amenity in the site's ratings. Our network of firms cannot ensure that any given rating that is displayed through our service is accurate.
Meals
The number of days you are staying determines how many meals it includes, if any. With full board, breakfast, lunch, and dinner are usually included. With half board, lunch, breakfast, or dinner are usually included. There won't be any repayments for any meals that aren't consumed.
Cancellation or No-Show
If the flight you purchased is canceled or you don't show up, you may be able to get your money back for the charges and airport charges that were included in the price. In this situation, you may contact us to request a refund, and we will do so on your behalf.
4. Traveling Internationally
While most travels are enjoyable, there are some destinations that are riskier than others. Prior to booking any journey abroad, you should review any travel alerts, suggestions, etc. that the relevant governments may issue. In order to help avoid and minimize any potential hassles, you should also monitor such travel notifications and provide advice before to and during your return trip.
Visa and Passport
To obtain information about visas and passports, you need to get in touch with the relevant Embassy or Consulate. Make sure you get the most latest information before booking and departing, since requirements are subject to change. Additionally, allow adequate time for filling out all required paperwork.
If you have been denied access to a flight or destination due to your actions, such as not having the required travel documents as required by any airline, government agency, or nation (including those you are traveling through), we will not be held accountable. Whether you get off the plane or the airport, this guideline is applicable to all stays made by an aircraft.
In many countries, airlines are required to provide the personal information of every single passenger on their aircraft. If applicable, the data will be collected at the time of your airport check-in or, in some situations, at the time of your reservation. Should you have any worries about this, please contact the relevant airline you are traveling with.
Traveling abroad is not guaranteed to be risk-free or recommended by our group of organizations, and we are not liable for any harm or losses that may result from doing so.
5. Related to Payment Details
Price
The price listed on our website shall reflect the total price of the travel service or offerings, unless there is a significant error.
The prices of travel services are subjected to fluctuation at any moment. Price changes won't affect reservations that have already been confirmed unless there is an obvious mistake. A variety of travel services are displayed, and we do our best to ensure that the rates are accurate. Any errors in the cost of our service may be corrected by us.
Taxes
The prices that our service displays may include tariffs and tax recovery expenses. These taxes may include amounts for occupancy tax, tax on sales, goods and services tax, value-added tax, and other similar taxes.
For the purposes of calculating or estimating taxes in the applicable jurisdiction for the booking, taxes or tax recovery charges are typically calculated on the prices presented through our service prior to any offers (which encompasses those funded via us), vouchers, and loyalty rewards that may be applicable to your ticket, unless those discounts, coupons, and loyalty rewards are considered a price reduction.
Certain jurisdictions may require you to pay local taxes, such as tourism taxes or local taxes, among others. We have the ability to charge you for these local charges. If we learn of any local charges that you will have to pay, we will notify you of these prior to confirming your reservation.
From the day of reservation to the date of arrival, the amount of local tax may change. You may be required to pay the greater amount if taxes have changed by the time you're there.
Payment Handling
Although multiple parties may charge for certain travel services, such as packages, as indicated on the method of payment statement, the total cost incurred will not exceed the sum of the costs for all services rendered.
If payment is made in the local currency of our service at the time of booking, the company that takes the money and charges, the method of payment will be the one close to the relevant service location indicated below.
- Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, Vietnam, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, China, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland, Malaysia, Kuwait, Morocco, Norway, Qatar, Taiwan, Netherlands, Oman, Romania, Portugal, South Africa, Philippines, Sweden Thailand, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Spain, Lebanon, and Turkey.
- United States, Singapore, Canada, Hong Kong, Mexico, Brazil, India, Switzerland, and Japan.
Payment Verification
You give the relevant company (as mentioned above) or the travel provider permission to:
- Verify your payment method by obtaining a pre-authorization, charging a nominal fee, or using another verification method. Once verified, charge your payment method.
Fees Charged by Financial Institutions
Certain financial institutions and card issuers impose fees for transactions that are conducted internationally or across borders. Your card issuer might charge you a foreign or overseas transaction fee, for example, if you make a reservation with a card issued in a country apart from the one where the travel agency is based or if you choose to use a currency different than the one our service uses.
Furthermore, some banks and card providers impose fees for currency conversion. To convert the amount you booked to the currency of your credit card, for example, your card issuer could assess you a fee for conversion if you make a booking in an amount other than the one on your credit card.
Please contact your bank or card issuer if you have any questions about these fees or the exchange rate that was applied to your reservation. Our group of businesses is not responsible for or connected to any fees associated with changing exchange rates or card issuer fees.
Conversion of Currency
Our website's currency rates are based on publicly accessible statistics and present exchange rates, which are subject to vary between the time a reservation is made and the actual travel. We make every attempt to convey accurate information, but we have no control over these conversion rates, therefore we can not ensure that they are true. These rates are provided solely for informative purposes.
Alternative Payment Methods
To provide our travelers with more payment choices, we may partner with businesses that provide them (e.g., consumer finance institutions). The firms in our group do not support or recommend additional payment issuers or their products or services. The acts or inactions of any other payment provider is not our responsibility. It is entirely up to you whether payment method you choose from such a source; you are liable to the terms and rules of that supplier and will be held accountable for any repercussions.
Fraud
Whenever we reasonably believe that a reservation or account shows signs of fraud, abuse, involvement with a government-sanctioned person or organization, or other suspicious conduct, we may request more information from you.
We may do the following if we have a reasonable belief that the booking or account is linked to fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity:
- Any reservations associated with your name, account, or email address can be canceled.
- Any court action, including an effort to hold you liable for any harm, and
- Turn down any associated accounts.
6. Booking Confirmation
Your booking confirmation includes the important elements of your reservation, such as the price and the specifics of the trip service or services that you have booked. The email address you entered when making your reservation will get the confirmation of your reservation and any relevant travel documents. If, after making the reservation you didn't get your booking confirmation within 24 hours, kindly contact us.
7. Cancellation or Change of Booking
Changes or Cancellations Done By You:
To change or cancel a reservation, you can get in touch with us. You can change the accommodation, mode of transportation, point of departure, destination, or trip date.
Your right to modify or cancel a reservation is not automatically granted, unless specifically allowed in the Terms and Conditions that you receive when making your reservation.
We might impose fees if you decide to modify or cancel your reservation. In the Policies and Regulations, these fees will be detailed. You agree to pay any fees you might be charged. Please note that the current rate will be used to determine the price for your new reservations if you seek a change. The amount you paid to obtain the travel services at the time of your initial reservation may not match this fee. The cost increases with the number of changes made near the departure date.
The relevant Rules and Regulations should be reviewed to see what terms apply to your reservation. As an example:
- Any refunds you could get in the event that you don't show up or don't use all or part of the scheduled travel services will be subject to the relevant rules and restrictions.
- If more than one person is affected by the cancellation (for example, two plane tickets purchased on the same itinerary, etc.), the corresponding cancellation fee will be charged to every individual on the cancelled reservation.
If you would like to change or cancel any part of your booking, and the travel provider allows those changes or cancellations, we may charge an administration fee on top of any fees charged by the relevant travel provider. If there are any administration fees, you will be notified before agreeing to the modification or cancellation.
Other Changes or Cancellations
Reservations may be canceled if full payment is not received on time or if any relevant cancellation or change fee is not paid.
For a variety of reasons, such as being overbooked due to connectivity issues or being closed due to a hurricane, the airline or we may cancel or alter a reservation. If this happens, we'll do everything in our power to notify you as soon as possible and, if it's feasible, offer a refund or other alternatives or assistance.
Refund
You will receive your refund using the initial payment method that you used. The person who handled your original payment will be responsible for processing these reimbursements. If you need help processing your refund, you can get in touch with the customer service department.

11. Disputes and Arbitrations
Carefully read this section. You are not allowed to file a class action or similar procedure in any place, and any disagreements must be resolved using binding arbitration or small- claims court. If your country of residence enforces arbitration agreements, such as the United States, then arbitration is mandatory. In order to determine whether or not this dispute resolution section is relevant to you, as well as all other threshold assessments, including residency, arbitrability, venue, and applicable law, arbitration is necessary if you reside outside of the United States and try to file a claim in the country.
Even if your nation of residence does not enforce arbitration agreements, the following pre-arbitration notice and dispute settlement requirements, as well as the prohibition on class actions or representative processes, remain applicable to the degree allowed by law.
In addition to immediately and effectively addressing customer complaints, we are committed to ensuring that travelers are satisfied. Our conflict resolution procedure consists of two steps, that are as follows:
- Looking into and, if necessary, discussing the matter with our customer service representatives;
- Binding arbitration by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) for arbitrations held outside of the US or by an arbitral tribunal that has been agreed upon. You and I both have the choice to look for solutions in small claims court rather than through arbitration.
Agreement to arbitrate (Arbitration Agreement)
It includes any claims you may have against us, our partners, travel agents, or other companies that sell us goods or services (all of which are parties within this arbitration agreement).
Both parties agree that, with the exception of cases that can be resolved in small claim courts, any disputes that may occur among us about our services, these terms, our privacy assertions, any products or services that we offer directly or through third parties, such as travel providers or organizations that sell goods or services through us, or any interaction with our traveler support representatives or claims representations, will be resolved through binding arbitrations rather than in court.
This arbitration agreement shall cover any claims brought by or against third parties, including but not limited to your heirs, third-party beneficiaries, spouses, and others whose claims are associated with the use of the travel services when it becomes legally binding.
This arbitration agreement will also govern any claims filed against those entities covered by these terms by any third-party beneficiary. Additionally, the arbitrator is in charge of determining all threshold arbitrability questions, such as the validity, enforceability, and unconscionability of the arbitration agreement, as well as any arbitration defenses, such as waiver, delay, jurisdiction, estoppel, or laches.
Small claims court matters
Despite the arbitration clauses indicated above, if the claim is within the court's jurisdiction, you or we may file it in small claims court. The court is not, however, able to mix or combine the claims of different parties or people who might be in similar circumstances in the action, nor can it examine claims on a class or representation basis. If the claims in any demand for arbitration fall within the jurisdictional boundaries of the small claims court, you or we may also decide to have the claims considered in small claims court rather than arbitration at any time before the arbitrator is appointed or in accordance with the AAA rules by giving the other party written notice.
No class actions or representative proceedings
It is agreed upon by both of us that any and all claims settlement processes will be handled separately, without the employment of a private attorney general or any other type of class, merged or representative action. It is forbidden for the arbitrator to aggregate the claims of many parties or to supervise over any type of representative or class process. We also concur that you are each forfeiting the privilege to a jury trial.
Arbitration rules and governing law
This written consent to arbitrate is evidence of a transaction involving interstate commerce. This clause's interpretation and implementation are subject to the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA), both substantively and procedurally. Without exception, AAA will conduct the arbitration in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules or any other AAA arbitration rules that it determines are relevant at the moment (jointly, the AAA Rules). Washington law will be applied by the arbitrator regardless of conflict of laws standards, except in cases where the FAA governs arbitration-related provisions. International laws don't matter. Changes to this arbitration agreement can only be made in writing by the parties.
You may start an arbitration process if we are unable to address the issue within 60 days upon your filing notice. A prerequisite for starting arbitration is completing this pre-arbitration dispute settlement and notification procedure. AAA cannot administer or decide the claim unless all procedures for Pre-Arbitration Dispute Resolution and Notice have been fulfilled. The statute of limitations will be suspended while the parties participate in the procedure for resolving disputes that this section mandates.
Commencing arbitration
The AAA Rules provide that in order for arbitration to begin, you have to present the Demand to the AAA. The AAA offers a certain kind of demand for arbitration.
A single arbitrator shall preside over the arbitration, either by mutual agreement between you and us or in accordance with the AAA Rules. Kindly be advised that the arbitration will be held at one of the following locations:
- A location that AAA has designated in accordance with the AAA Rules, making sure that it is reasonably accessible to you and doesn't require you to travel more than 100 miles beyond your home or place of employment.
- You and we will discuss any alternative place.
- By means of video conferencing, or
- At your option, the arbitration may be performed over the phone or in writing if the total amount of the claims you make is less than $40,000.
Attorneys' fees and costs
The AAA Rules, which include the AAA Consumer Rules when applicable, will govern your arbitration costs and your share of the arbitrator's compensation. In order to initiate arbitration, each party must pay the filing fees stipulated by the AAA, that are equivalent to the filing costs now assessed by courts. No matter the outcome of the arbitration, we will cover as much of your filing and hearing costs as the arbitrator determines is required to keep the arbitration from being prohibitively expensive in contrast to the costs of litigation, unless the arbitrator determines that your claim or claims were baseless or made in bad faith. If you can demonstrate that the expenses of arbitration will be prohibitive compared to the costs of litigation, or if you are otherwise eligible for a fee waiver in court, this is particularly true. One party may request that the arbitrator award attorneys fees and costs after proving that the other party's claim, cross-claim, or defense is unfounded in law or fact, brought in a fraudulent manner or with the intent to harass, or that it is otherwise frivolous as allowed by applicable law and the AAA Rules.
Arbitrator's decision
A judge or jury is not present during arbitration, and the FAA restricts the time a court has to review an arbitration ruling. The award will be based on the main conclusions and rulings of the arbitrator's decision. An arbitral ruling may be rendered by any court having the necessary authority. Arbitrators may grant any relief permitted by law or the AAA Rules, but they may only grant declaratory or injunctive relief on a personal basis and to the extent required to afford relief justified by the claimant's particular claim.
Severability and survival
If for any reason it is found that any portion of this Claims and Arbitration Provision is illegal or unenforceable,
- That section shall be eliminated, and the remainder of the provision shall be completely enforceable; and
- Rather than being arbitrated, any claims that need to be handled on a class, shared, consolidated, or representative basis must be tried in a civil court with the appropriate jurisdiction. The parties also agree that the litigation of those claims will be put on hold until any individual claims are arbitrated.
Travel Support and the Complaint Handling
We can help you with any queries or worries you may have regarding your reservation. See our Contact Us page for answers to frequently asked questions or to get in touch with us. Our customer service team is available 24/7 to help you with any issue you may have.

You should have insurance that covers the costs of recovery in the event of an illness or injury, as well as the effects of certain cancellations and dangers. If you purchase insurance, it is your obligation to ensure that it meets your needs. There are numerous options for travel insurance that you can choose from. If this happens to be the case, our service will display the information about the insurance provider, terms and conditions, and other pertinent details.

Unenforceable provisions

These conditions cover the entirety of your contract with us for our service. All previous or current contacts between you and us regarding our service, whether written, spoken, or electronic, are replaced here.
Assignment
You may not assign, subcontract, or delegate rights, obligations, or liabilities under these terms, but we may. However, we won't do so in a way that lessens your rights or contractual obligations.
Rights of third parties
Unless otherwise noted, we do not intend for any part of these terms to be enforceable by someone who is not a party to them. Any section of this agreement may be changed, waived, or canceled without a third party's consent. In response to any applicable laws or regulations, these Terms do not grant third parties any rights to enforce any part of them.
Survival of obligations
Any provision in these conditions that expressly or implicitly imposes obligations after they expire or terminate will continue to be in force after that date.
